Didn't break this time

Finally didn't break anything when I went to the track and I ran my first 12. I still can't get the thing to launch without spinning like crazy. Other guys at the track said it was pretty slick that night so that makes me feel a little better.

12.668 @ 111.99 with a 2.044 60ft

Backed it up with a 12.693 on the next pass. Raceweight was 3595 with me in it. Mods are LT, lid and 3.73s.

I was thinking about buying some ET streets. How much do you think those would help out?

They Would Help Greatly. You Just Have Bolt On Stuff? If You Have A Stock Rear You Might Want To Go To Drag Radials. If You Grip Real Good, goodbye Rearend

I have a 12 bolt with a spec 3+(I broke the rear and smoked the clutch my previous 2 trips out). I was thinking ET streets over slicks since I have to drive over an hour to the track.

Yeah just bolt on stuff for now. I was thinking about putting a cam in it but I just don't have the funds right now. I'll just wait till I have the money to do h/c at the same time.
