Default 12's on Z-rated street tires

First run at the track while the sun was still up and track was reasonably sticky I ran a 12.53@ 107 1.79 60ft. Shitty summitomo street tires. I slowed as the night went on, it just burns the tires off now.

I just wanted to see what it would do with the LT's and converter. Previous best was 13.06@106 1.98 60ft. Now I'll get it to hook, she's got plenty left.

Here's a run against a souped up, mickey thompson tire'd stang. I burned the tires on that one and let us down.
I ran pretty inconsistant as I tried to learn the limits of launching it on no tires.

Nice. A set of ET Streets and the rest of the bolt-ons and you're driving one fast bolt-on car.

i was getting 2.0 60's on my nitto dr's (lid/catback), just squeaking them on the line, pushing it as hard as it would go on the stock 'verter. imo your 60 is right on target.

I had 1.98 best 60 on the stock converter w/ lid and catback on these same street tires.

I know how much I was babying it with the new converter. I would bet my rear-end money that it'll drop a tenth or more 60ft with slicks or MT's so I can stomp it right off the line. I couldn't be happier with it, I knew I would have a traction problem just wanted to see what it could do on it's normal (rain) tires.

Front swaybar is gone now, so now it corners like a buick and still burns the tires off.
