Hitting The 12's?

Here's my Z28 info:

'93, 135k miles, synthetic Mobile 1 oil, 700R4 trans, SLP Loudmouth dual exhaust, stock manifolds, Stainless Works 3" Y pipe, Moroso CAI, Trick Flow air intake elbow, 3.73's, Auburn Posi, 275/40R17 Sumitomo HTR Z II rears, and a tune at JS Speed and Custom (F-body tuning shop). At the shop he said it was almost the richest running LT1 he's seen. He tried to lean it out to get back to normal and he got close, but not perfect.

BEFORE the tune I ran this on the street tires at 32 PSI, with 93 octane launching around 2000 RPM:

60': 2.091
R/T: .194
1/8 Mile ET: 8.691
1/8 Mile MPH: 81.05
1/4 Mile ET: 13.475
1/4 Mile MPH: 103.75

Humidity was somewhat high and the temp was around 60*.

Think it now has what it takes to make the 12's?

you'll be close on stickys. if you run street tires again, try lowering your tire pressure to atleast 24 and no less than 18. That seems to be the best tire pressure for street tires at the strip but you'll still be a couple tenths off of drag radials no matter how good they are

Yah I didn't have a gauge when I last ran. I have one now, as well as a compressor. I think I need a new d/s too as I have a bad vibe at 78+ ... ugh. My air filter was/is dirty as piss (black), so I figure a new one would help just a little bit.

the 3.73's alone should drop quite a bit of time. I would guess 12.7-12.8

Get a 3000 stall and headers... you will have 12's street tires or drag radials...
