Can I break into the 12's?

its a 2000 so no ls6 intake but thats coming before too long!

You'll cut it close depending on DA and stall. LS6 intake would definitely get you there.

it is totally possible to do it.
just don't waste your time if its really humid that night.

What gears do you have? The drag radials might hurt more than help.

When my car had 2.73 gears, the drag radials actually hooked too hard and the 2.73s couldn't break away... my car bogged on the line and went slower.

i have 3.23 gears, and 315 drs. ill proly try to go this fall cuz i just started school back up so it shouldnt be to humid by the time i make it up to the track. cross my fingers i guess, ill def have the intake by christmas but just dont know if i can get it before that...

i honestly think if you swap to a 16 wheel and DR better than nitto you'll be in like flint.

you should have no problem getting into the twelves if you can hook and you have good air to run in.

this is probably true but the 17" zr1s look so good and the nitto are probably the best for dd duty out the dr's. got some you want to let me borrow?:D
