Need stock gear ratio for 93-97 m6s Well here is the problem, i just bought a 95 trans am m6 with a couple of mods. After buying it i figured out the pervious owner replaced the rear end becuase he f*cked the stock one up and now it only had 2.73's in the rear and i was wondering what the stock gear ratios are for trans ams. i thought trans am gear were bigger stock. Can somebody please help.

65mph with 3.42's in 6th gear: 1455RPM

Camaro 6speed gear ratio is the same as firebirds im guessing. Because the rear end is out of a 96 camaro and i drove it today, its a 16xxrpm at 75 so im guessing it has 3.42s then. also the tires are 225/55r16s
