Yeah, forgot to say I have the original streetsweeper. Pretty good results for a BBK intake and 1 5/8" header primaries. I kinda wish I went with some headers without the slip fit flanges, they leak.

Hey, I just checked, they are 1 3/4" primaries.

Our LS1 headers are made out of 321 Polished Stainless Steel. The highest quality stainless you
can make exhaust parts out of. They feature an over sized flange for better gasket sealing.
They are 1 3/4" primaries with a 3" High Velocity Merge Collector
with an internal merge spike. Our Y pipe is also 3" with a siamese merge.
We have also include an exhaust mount on the
drivers side of the Y to stop that Y pipe banging the floor

I looked, and don't think I posted this car with this SSHT cam on here. I did on a local site, this was back in 2007 when I was working at newera. I think this was winter time, too and we had some time. To do this same day, right on the dyno. (I think the base was the day before) But it was all at the same time. I think the fast92 just came out too.

Not enough to justify spending the money. The limiting factor isn't the intake it is the stock heads. Some mild port work and a valve job would do wonders for that combo. Still damn good numbers though...very impressive power under the curve.

1st post is a stock LS6 motor, heads never off.
the other car ( a few post up this page) was a stock LS1, but CR went up with the ET heads as noted.

When I get older and get a beater c5 to cruse around in I'm gona get this cam. Unless something better comes out for LS1/LS6s, or c6s come way down.

I've got the SS-HT in my car with pretty much full bolt-ons. Car made 364hp/353tq with the crappy '99 853 heads.

The cam is getting swapped (along with the heads) this winter - this cam on a 111lsa is a little too gnarly to tune. Once it's warmed up it's fine but it needs pedal to stay running when cold and has some slight bucking between 50 and 60mph. Frost did the tune and he could probably get it better since he didn't get to spend as much time with it as we'd like.

I'm going with AFR heads and a mamo-spec'd cam (on a 114lsa this time) for more power and better driveability.

What bolt on are they? How much did the cam gain?
Something else is up with the car, if it dose not idle on its own.

The car is fine, it just has cold start issues. Idles fine once it's hot. No idea how much the cam gained as I did all of the mods at once. Magnlaflow, ARH 1 3/4 headers + catted Y, LS6 intake, Shaner TB, PAC springs, Yank SS 3600, 42# injectors, 25% UD pulley, probably some other small things I'm forgetting...
