17yo. guy driving his friends 87 civic made a left in front of my mom in her 2007 BMW and there was a HUGE smash up last October. Driver of the civic (not owner) was uninsured without a licence. Owner of the car (not even present at the accident) couldn't be held responsible because he wasn't even there. Neither of the kids parents have anything worth suing for so my parents just have to eat whatever their insurance wouln't cover. Their insurance only paid about 1/2 of the medical bills and my parents are stuck with the other 1/2 plus a new car. My mom has to go in at the beginning of June to have her (hopefully) last recostructive surgury on her legs & feet while the jerk that didn't see her was out partying the next Friday night. My parents had decent lawyers on this and they said this stuff is pretty common.... I never would have thought. Moral of the story.....PEOPLE SUCK

This is the same dealership I purchased my trailblazer from. It's a little country dealership that sells about 90% trucks. The shame of it is, is that I called them the other day to find out when they were getting one and they said they didn't know.

It's a shame about the car but you knew it was going to happen.
