They are both LT1 setups. The first setup uses stock LT1 manifolds.

I know it wasnt directed at me, but, I will be using the JGS 40MM WG, and a Tial 50MM BOV. I got the JGS from forcedinduction.com for a great price.
I am using a BMR Kmember, and tubular lower A arms.

I’m using a mondo bov and a turbonetics deltagate. I will be replacing the deltagate when I get some extra $$. The funny thing about my FMIC piping is that it is all made out of Ford F-250 intercooler piping. The couplers and the t-bolt clamps as well. I was working at a Ford dealer and they had a recall so I collected a few of them. I know its ghetto but it was free. I just hope the hole set up holds together for a while.
Here is a run down of my combo..
355 LT1 stock rods and crank.. srp forged pistons...stock CP
LE1 heads
226/224 .568/.548 115lsa.....1.6rr
obx 4" fmic
3.5" down pipe to the rear axle
3" fmic piping
50lb inj
fpr set at 50lb for now
52mm tb
mondo blow off and deltagate wastgate
255 fuel pump
t72/88 with .96 AR
gen 7
Soon to come meth kit

How many PSI are you pushing? and what are your #'s??
I am very interested in your setup..any possible way i could get a cost estimate of what you have in it except for the IC piping?
Thanks

indirocz28,

I have about $8000 in the car and turbo stuff, about $3000 of that is the turbo stuff. I just got the car runing on the gen 7 this week. I'm going to start tuning it next week. I only plan to run about 9-10psi. I'm shooting for 500-600rwhp.

what all do you have done to the bottom end? my budget would be like $25-$2700 for a setup. i would like to try for around 450-500rwhp on a turbo setup..

My plans are to get another LT1 block do low compression forged 383 and supercharge or turbo it.. - i'd like to use the cam i have now, but i dont know if it would work out great with the forced induction..

He was really happy with it. Worked well and very streetable. Spooled quick and hard he said. There is a lot of work involved in building that.

If you are building a turbo setup.... it can cost int he range of $2000 for the cheapest stuff you can find. OR you can spend $6.5k like I did (and mine was still built.. no kit... but that included the tuning and fuel stuff).

And once your said and done... you end up having to build a motor anyways because the boost destroyed the LT1....

If i would have done it over again i qould have either jsut built a badass lt1 or a put a H/C LS1 into the car.

Yes this is Wingnust's old set up. I listed what the long block has in it a few post's up. Its not built for boost but it should hold up for a little while. The eng was in the car when I purchased it.

Yeah im boosting a stock LT1... the motor only has 10,000 or so miles on it so hopefully it will take it for a year or so.

I plan on building a SBC with megasquirt EFI and use the kit off the LT1 on it. I figure that will open up head options and make repairs a little cheaper later on.

So i'd be right to go ahead and do a forged bottom end 355/383 LT1 kit with some 50# injectors and a turbo setup at abut 8 or 8.5:1 CP forged slugs huh?

think i could push 13psi on pump gas ( 93)??

Whats the combustion chamber cc of a stock LT1 head? Anyone know where to find a set of decent rods & pistons ( forged and low compression) for a good price?

Here are a couple of pics of mine. My brother (frcefed98) is the main dude for this set up. We're trying to get this done soon.

No, unfortunately it doesnt keep the a/c. I have an a/c delete pulley on there now. Thanks for the nice comment, though.
