Post pics of your garage / shop

Learned a lot from the first one, mainly that I needed a BIGGER GARAGE and a half bath/laundry tub to de-grease before coming into the house. Learned from the second one that being 30' away from the house is good for noise control, but sucks when it is pouring rain & you have to get something from the other building. I also wanted enogh room for a lift. New one is only 8' away and has a 10' ceiling
.As someone mentioned earlier, these things fill up fast! I have like 7 vehicles and counting, plus my car hauler has to stay outside.
Shops of all kinds show up here.I need to post up some pics of my buddys, its a dandy

Ya the fat little buddy guy, even staged the race shirt
The Realtor summary doesn't even mention the garage! Mrs. Builder & I get into debates about stuff like this after watching those HGTV shows dealing with home sales:
"We moved the couch & added some lamps/urns/(fill in the blank for useless crap here) so potential buyers will like it more."
or
We painted the walls (puke) green
and recovered the dining room chairs. Not me, when I look at a house:
How big is the garage?

Is there room on the lot for a detached garage of say 40x60?
Are there any neighbors (**** potential)?
Homeowner association/deed restrictions (deal killer, don't tell me what I can/can't do on MY property)?
How big are the rooms (don't really care what is in them, since it WON'T BE THERE when I buy it)?
What is the layout (split plan, where are the bathrooms, etc.)?
What type of roof (hip vs. gable) in case I need to run some wiring or make repairs overhead (hip roofs suck for access)?
How old/what type of plumbing (not a fan of copper pipe)?
My favorite:
He paid $150,000 for the house, spent $50,000 on the upgrades and is selling for $300,000 for a profit of $100,000!
WRONG!
Ever heard of closing costs?
Realtor comission: 5~7% (15-21K)
This, that, and the other thing 2~3% (6-9K)
Other fees such as $50 to overnight something the Post Office charges $15 to do
He'd be lucky to see 79K!
Our last place was on the market for 1.5 years. The Realtor told me it would take a "special" buyer due to the detached garage on acreage. Like a vehicle, it is only worth what someone will pay you for it.
</rant>
Sorry, got off track there.
That is truly a beautiful place you have. I hope with the financial market recovering & the big Fed interest rate cut you will have a quick sale to a car guy that will put that garage to good use.
I think one of the things that held up our sale was a clause that no F**d products could be put in the detached garage for at least a year. J/K!
Here is what gets me
