Default What's the difference in the 5.3L engines compared to the 5.7L and 6.0L engines?

I wanted to put a procharger supercharger on my 5.3L engine and I want the one that seats on the passenger side so I wouldn't have to use the stock bracket that holds the alternator and power steering pump. I've only seen that one the ls1&2 motors I think. I just want to know if is possible to have it the way I wanted with out modification.

Not advanced engineering tech. Would be better off in FI or gen III/IV external.

Externally they are all nearly identical save for cam position sensor and knock sensor locations. Accessories are all mounted using the same point on the block.

If you want it on the passenger side you need to look into Corvette accessories and charger mounting brackets.
