Default Making practical use of cam data

Hi - are some of us puzzled by the extremely brief cam events frequently given such as 225/239 112+5?
Like to get useful values from this to calculate DCR, compare overlap window areas, etc?
Actually, this is all the information you need to determine the remaining values, and I can't do it in my head (duh), so I wrote a small Excel worksheet that accepts slider input (just click the up or down arrow to change values) for 225, 239, 112, and +5, and automatically calculates and displays the following:
Intake and exhaust opening and closing points in degrees
Overlap in degrees, and overlap triangle window area
Intake and exhaust lobe centers
