How do you make solid motor mounts?

How do you make solid motor mounts? Ive searched and heard a few guys saying they did it but cant find out how. Anyone know? Do you just weld the sleeve to the shell that holds the rubber? Any pics or documentation?

My car isnt one hf the US types.....
But I made soild mounts for my car. From some flat 1/4" steel plate to bolt to the block. Some similar plate to the engine mount on my crossmember.
And I linked the two bits with some 2" diam stainless tubing I had lying about.
I have to say I am amazed these havent broken lol Despite my success, Im not sure Id reccomend this approach.... Some thicker tubing might be wiser.
But anything that makes them soild...would work. If you removed the rubber and welded in a sleeve, I dont see why it wouldnt do fine.

Before I put my engine in I made my mounts semi-solid by welding in four 1" pieces of 1/2" x 1/2" key stock.
The pieces are only welded to the shell, they touch the rubber coated steel part of the center piece.
I've made them for third gen type mounts before by burning out the center rubber and welding plate steel on the ends.
