Default Best way to black out headlights?

I got all my other lights blacked out, and I want to make my headlights have a black looks, instead of the clear stock look, I've heard of people whistler modding them, does that work good? or is there another way to make the housings black?

I know I can find a how-to, but I'm really hesitant on doing something like that to my car, I havent really done anything like that to a car before, and I don't want to buy new headlights lol. Do you guys think custom shops will do it? I had one do all the rest of my lights, maybe he can whistle my headlights.

The whistler mod looks great. Just need to take your time and be patient. I did mine one afternoon and they came out great. Gives the front end a great look.

I followed these instructions: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/224386/2
