Questions about 2000 Vette wheels on a 2000 Z28
What do you have to have to make 18"s fit all the way around on a camaro? What size tires are recommended for the front and the back? I'm thinking of getting them but just want to know what all I'll need.
Thanks alot,
Steve
P.S. If anybody is interested. I may have my ttII's for sale if I get these. They are 17x9.5. I have someone interested but I don't know if the deal is gonna go through.

BIGBOS, Do you not have to have spacers in the rear? Thats what I was told. I'm just trying to get all the details before I buy them.

I'm not sure about the spacers, there have been a lot of posts about doing this...some guys are going with 20's and haven't talked about spacers.. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

Re: Questions about 2000 Vette wheels on a 2000 Z28
there's a few of us on the board that have the 18x9.5 set up all the way around. i know stevencamaroSS has the 18x9.5 up front with the 18x10.5 in the rear. i personally have the 18x9.5 set up all around with 275/35/18 tires. pics are in the link... http://community.webshots.com/user/adm408 . oh, with the 18x9.5 set up, no spacers were needed, maybe with the 18x10.5 in the rear, but even then you might just need to massage the inner well alittle. hopefully that helped. good luck!

I don't think we are talkin about the same wheels. I'm talkin about the 5 star thin spokes on the y2k corvettes. They have a 65mm offset. The ZO6 wheels have a 58mm offset. I'm not trying to be difficult, I just want to get all this straight.
