That car is 100% firebird. Those are TA mirrors and doors.

If that thing is ls powered I would be all over it like sex on an Amsterdam street corner.

It doesn't look near as bad as some other conversions or even when the turn a c5 vette into a c1 style vette.

I don't think it has a LS1. Looks like he used a LT1 TA based on the exhaust.

Someone put alot of time in but I am not sure I like it.

The craftsmanship is great, especially how the sail panel ties in to both the 4th gen middle and the 1st gen rear.

I don't like the mirrors or the wheels at all though.

The rear of the car is friggin sweet! The front....something is off. I think its the windshield rake. But...it sort of looks like what they had to do with the new Challenger. They had to lay the windshield down, and have the bigger window openiners (taller b pillar). Except they pulled it off with the Challenger.

But...to do that, and then paint the car black...thats some work. I have nothing but respect for whoever built that. I agree with knocking those mirrors off. And I also agree with it probably looking better with the tops out.

I really really really REALLY want to see more pictures of that car. There HAS to be a thread floating around on some forum with more pictures of that thing...

Actually...cant we get a link to the craigslist ad? We can email them to see about more pictures/info...
