I'm going to guess it's a US exotics warbird hood. http://94whitez28.tripod.com/transam/TransAm01.jpg I think for awhile US exotics were for sale on ebay I'm not sure where you could find them now.

i got extremely lucky on my hood and picked up an oem unpainted hood that needed minor work (a hole filled in b/c the hood was a prototype so the mold spread the smc too thin in a spot creating a hole which can be seen in the pic below as a black dot on the drivers side of the hood in the dip between the outer hood and the raised middle section, and the corners by the windshield touched up) for $300, i found an airbox for $115 w/ a K&N, paid $45 at the dealer for a blockoff plate for the area where the old airbox used to be (i was told by a 3rd party that i tried ordering it from that SLP no longer makes it, i now know this to not be true, and this can be had for about half of what i paid from SLP), paid $50 for the screens that go in the hood from hawks 3rd gen parts (they would have been $190 for the pair at the dealer), $25 for a MAF wire extension from summitt, and i made my own AIR extension with some 3/4 heater hose from autozone and some hose clamps and an extension barb. the body shop charged me $730 to repair the hood, paint it and install it, but that also included painting my roof panel behind the t-tops and the headlight doors.
so for around $1250 i went from this
to this

You could find it in the garbage can if it were at my house
The only hood to use on an LT1 is the OE WS6 or base hood. I don't even like the Firehawk hoods for these years. I love that black car other than that though. It doesnt even look like it fits well on top of that, sorry man but dont do it!
