Painted my LS6 intake to match my car. Check it out!
I just got it back from the paint shop. It sure is cool to know someone who runs a body shop.
Cost to get this painted: $0.00 <img src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" border="0">

Red intake...kinda!
Not the best job <img src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" border="0" alt="[judgement]" /> but, you can get an idea of what'd look like. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

Does the intake need to be sanded down and then painted or is it just painted with a coat of clear???

You will!
I'm waiting for the H/C parts. Install should be done by the end of March (occaisional weekend project).

If you could not because of licensing problems what if you just made the whole "Prescribed Power" deal without it saying "by Berger" It would be really sweet if you just made a complete custom one too for everyone and have it say whatever...
I would rather go with the custom one now that I think of it but either would be cool
Thanks
