Basic Install, Fuel Pressure Gauge, with proper hose attachment > Pics
I went through hoops to find a good safe way to attach my pressure gauge to the fuel rail. I have seen many plumbing jobs.
Found a gauge hose that is not connected to the gauge and it looks and is made to fit at the end of the rail. I am making a bracket to hold it in place instead of attaching it by zip ties. Got the hose at CarQuest.

Sorry,
My point of the post was to show that there is a hose connection that can be purchased to hook correctly to the fuel rail. I have seen postings about folks looking how to do it. I also had a huge problem figuring out where to buy, and tried a million places to finally find a good connection. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">
Just wanted to share this info, it is a small problem that others have had, including me. Now there is a solution.
Here is a pic to the final destination...Auto Meter pod mount gauges.

Good Info!
I'm surprised there isn't a kit yet - seems like ther's a kit for everything now. Makes it easier with kits.

It is an electric one and the sensor attaches to the end of the hose.
I could not for the life of me find the Schrader "T" connector but now know where to.
