TA HID fog review...
I installed some HID fogs in my TA in January. It was easy to see that they produced way more like than the stock bulbs. I got a chance to finally drive it at night. The largest improvement was in the increased light spread on the roads edge and the drivers side road lines. I went with 6k bulbs and if I was to do it over I'd have chosen the 5k bulbs. The 6k bulbs definitely have a blue look at the outer edges where the headlights don't reach. Certainly a worthwhile mod but not a replacement for a headlight upgrade. That's next.

Did you put a projector setup in them or just put a HID bulb into the halogen housing? if the latter. Don't be surprised when some road raging lunatic turns around and follows you for blinding him. Glare is horrible from HIDs in Halogen housings.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean here. Are you telling me that although they are low to the ground, that becuase they are H.I.D's they will appear at headlight level to oncoming traffic?

HIDs generally don't have the silver cap seen on the end of a lowbeam or fog bulb to reduce forground lighting glare.

Oh boy, here we go with the Reflector Housings scandal.
BlueBird, i'm not sure.. An easy way I guess is to not drive with them on for a while, which is impossible for me because I always have them on. Maybe if you got brand new housings or something. Or maybe there are different housings you can put them in.
Or just get projector fogs

i think i've seen housings that are glass instaed of plastic on ebay. I have hid fogs in mine as well and they're melting the housing. If I'm gonna buy new housings though, I'll just pick up the hella projector housings for the foglights that are same size and will produce much more light.
