Default need new headlights halos, projectors or stock?

My car could use some new headlights so did a search & couldnt find much. I got projectors in my GTP, theyre a big improvement over stock. Its not that important to me if I have projectors in the camaro, the stock headlights do a great job of lighting up the road. I do like the look of the halo headlights, but was wondering if these dont light up the road as well due to the halo being there in the center?

Sry, I was just reading your signature...you're telling me with full exhaust and DRs you could only muster a 13.2 @ 108?

I'd say clean up the stockers.

Ya know I did that in my GTP & the light scattered a lot. I then got some projectors for it & really made the light output useful. It seems projectors are the way to go when going with HIDs. My lenses are getting small cracks, one looks like someone either spilled brake fluid or carb cleaner on it & has etched marks in the plastic lens. I may just get some projectors & do the HIDs.

Mind telling me what kind of projectors you bought? Chrome or black & where did you get them? Thanks.

I just got this car last July. Everytime I went to the track last year, my car wouldnt shift right. I was lucky to get 2 good passes everytime I went without it not going into either 2nd or 3rd at all. Last time I went in November, I ran consistent 13.2s, I was just happy the car shifted that day on all my runs so didnt really try powershifting. Also, I was getting nice burnouts, didnt launch quite as high of an RPM(2-3k) as I should(4k) my DRs would hook & cause me to bog. I installed a Tick master a few weeks ago so it seems to be shifting great now. I would expect it to run at least in the 12s next time out.

Got a set off ebay. Got the black ones. They are made by Sonar but that isn't listed in the ebay auctions (for some weird reason). I don't like the chrome ring around the projector too much, my first set didn't have that and I think it looked better but the light output on these is better. Also you probably can't tell but the halos are turned on. My old set had brighter halos but whatever.

And here is an older picture of when I first installed them, what the light spread looks like.

I might just go with the regular halos & some PIAA bulbs. Projectors are nice but then I gotta disable the auto lights, run the ballasts. Not much of a project, just want to keep it simple.
