Default Should i call Zaino? Or is this norman!?

Well over $25 purchase you know you get a free applicator. So as with my friends and last time i ordered from them i spent right above $100, hence i at least got 2 applicators. Now, ever since ive used Zaino ive loved it. BUT my stuff came in today and i ordered over $70 worth of stuff and i only got one applicator! AND the blue bottle of ZFX was only HALF FULL (as in filled only to the middle) MAN is this normal?!?!!

When I picked up ZFX from my local Zaino guy, the blue bottle you are referring to was only half empty (for you optimist's it was half-full). You will be surprised how long that stuff goes.

When you placed your order, were you told how many applicator pads you were to be sent for free if you ordered $25 or more of Zaino? Not to be rude, but the way I see it, you ordered more than $25 of Zaino and they sent you a free applicator pad.

Throw the pad in the washer when it needs it, and you will be good to go.

There is enough in that small vial to mix with 16 oz. of polish. If the vial was full it would cost almost $40, if the vial was smaller you wouldn't be able to hold onto it.

For the price of ZFX, the bottle should be full! Unfortunately, we only get half a dropper and 4 mixing bottles for $20

Let's not turn this thread into a shooting match. That is the way Zaino comes.
