Default Race Proven Motorsports Shaved/Painted LSXR Manifold PICS!!!
Here is an LSXR Intake we did for a customer in FL. We ported it then shaved/Painted it and installed Aeromotive Fuel rails and 60# injectors.

NICE!!! Why replace the fuel rails? Becuase the stock ones cant supply the new larger injectors? My god that is gorgeous! Too bad i have an LT1.

A lot of people do it for the looks - you get a lot of extra plumbing options too (like if you want to run a regulator up by the rails, etc).
