Default New CCW's!

Finally got the new wheels & threw them on this afternoon! Car could use a detail but its a work in progress lol.

They are CCW SP510 18 x 12 rear & 18 x 10 front. The rear tires are 335/30/ZR18 & the fronts are 275/35/ZR18. I know I could have fit a little more tire in the fenders, but I couldn't fit it into the budget, I am still more than happy with it all!

The closer I get to this car being "done " the more I am considering repainting the car satin black.....Thoughts?

Anyway without further delay:

Much better! Looks wicked. 1 vote for satin black from me! 1 constructive criticism comment as well, are there different side skirts you can use that would be more like your sig chop? The lines on those don't really flow with the rest of the car at all IMO.

One of my friends rides in satin for motivation:

Actually that IS the car that I keep seeing & every time I do I say to myself "F%#K I have to do this!" lol.

As far as the side skirts they are going, I will be making ones that are closer to the GM RS package, but without the little lip on the bottom edge. I will also be bringing the quarter panels out on the bottom to meet up with the newly shaped rocker area.

Its just that right now it looks better with what I have than nothing.

LOL, thanks! When I was 8 I won a contest at a dealership & got to go for a ride around the parking lot in Awesome Kong (the orange one) & I got the autographed poster too. I know I know I am a redneck @ heart.

Wheels look really good. Car looks like it could use a serious buff job. Painting the car Satin black is ok, I prefer gloss white.

Siiiiiick! Would look pretty cool flat black that's for sure. Not too keen on the placement of the tach but to each their own.

You are right, I haven't had a chance to do anything with it since I painted it. Been too buisy on other projects.

That car would look sick in Satin Black with a Wide Sunoco hood. Whats gonna happen with the side skirts? Or are they staying like they are? They just dont flow with all the smooth lines now imo....
