What is the Best way to remove the front Fascia?

No don't just rip it off lol.
There are those 4 or 5 bolts in the engine bay by your airbox. Then there's some bolts underneath, and tehn some on some brackets on the sides near the fenders. I'm no expert, but just go with those then work your way through it.

either pull hard or a hacksaw blade(for the plastic screws holding it on. i didnt want to include this, but was scared when i thought about what would happen if i didnt), just dont hurt ur paint!

Yeah, i'm not much of a mechanic and I removed mine no problem in order to change my grille. The black plastic fasteners are easy to get out just pop them up from the two little grooves below the head. There are a couple of bolts on each side connecting the facia to the fenders and they are a little tricky to get to, but not too bad.

it was easiest to remove the wheel well dust covers (black plastic inside the wheel well) and all the covers under the chin made it alot easer to get at the bolts.
