Where can i buy GM 30th TA blue WS6 wheels? I remember reading awhile back that you can still order them from GM, but they aren't as deep a blue as the originals, which is fine with me. Topic says it all, TIA. Scott |
Re: Where can i buy GM 30th TA blue WS6 wheels? im pretty sure (although not 100%) that you can only get them from GM. i have been to gobs of wheel sites and have not once seen them for sale at any of them. |
Re: Where can i buy GM 30th TA blue WS6 wheels? Uhh..good luck in getting 4 that match! go to www.30th-ta.org and look for wheel posts. These are a neat concept, but the biggest POS on the car. BTW, the early cars were liter, bluish-purple, but splotchy, as it's justa tint in the clearcoat, taht was hand applied. The middle to late run were darker, and from a different source. All the ones now are from yet another source! They are anywhere from $265-450 each depending on the discount the dealer wants to give you, but they are NOT supposed to sell to anyone without a 30th, and will ask for your VIN, and possibly to see the car before ordering them. And please don't call on that last part, I've replaced more than enough of my 30th parts, wheels included from a number of different dealerships to know what I'm talking about |
Re: Where can i buy GM 30th TA blue WS6 wheels? Hmm, Gene from Fred Beans (in the LS1.com Specials section) is selling the 2002 CE wheels for $259 each, these are the black ones. I checked and a VIN# is not required. Might try emailing him. |
