Ordered a New Dashpad Off Ebay And got ripped the @#$! off!!! Of course by our favorite seller 
thepartsladi...
The @#!%# is lucky I do not live near Florida. Although I about contacted some Friends of mine in the Army who I served with that are stationed down in Ft Benning to go pick the part up for me personally. 
Three things people shouldnt **** around with when it comes to me. Family, Friends and my hard earned MONEY! Filed a claim with ebay so I spose I can start to chill out now

Its cool, It happens I guess. I should have not been in such a rush and took the time to look at her feedback in the last month. When it comes down to it. Its my fault for being a dumb *** and not researching the seller.
Edit: Did a little research, thepartsladi is no longer active but thepartspro is.(Has same style adds) All from flordia and they have dashpads listed..do not buy from

Clicked Buy it now on their ebay auction. Payed with pay pal, received email on the 5th stating that the item had been shipped fed ex and that the item would be here in seven days. Waited and Waited and Waited until yesterday. I had payed for Item on May 4th, contacted seller numerous times requesting tracking number...no reply no reply, finally received an email back stating that (She) Im assuming thepartsladi will be out of the office until the 31st. I then checked her feed back within the last month I replied back demanding to know who I was talking with and if she was out of the office why are they posting ebay ads if they are unable to ship item...no reply, I then opened a claim with ebay. Next will be pay pal then legal

So if anyone has one they want to get ride of. Please let me know, My old one is cracked and the pieces vanished or else I would put it back together and wrap it,
