On a serious note, we are going with a smaller projector which should allow for quad bi-xenon projectors or if the customer wants, just two projectors. We have the new mock design complete and just scheduling with a local customer for test-fitting.

Gah this will never happen. BLS is too busy staring at his car in GMHTP
On a serious note, if smash isnt around for you, I'll be around for test fitting. Gives me an excuse to pick up that throttle body plate from you

Well, I just got back from BLS. We test fitted the projector and housing and everything went better than expected. The housing lined up almost perfect. It looks really badass. You guys are gonna love it. Sorry, cant share any pics but now that everything has been test fitted, BLS should be making some progress with it...

The new housings/projectors will fit in the low beam position so the look will be more appealing to those just looking to purchase the dual units. Installation will require extremely light modification to the headlight header panel (drill 3-4 holes per housing). You will not be grinding or cutting anything to get these in. The harness will be plug and play as always.
Stay tuned, things are going to get exciting.

Yes!! Can't wait to see the final product. So I'll be able to tell if this is something I can finally. Incorporate into my Breathless Performance headlights. Brian you are still the man. I still have the old pm's from before you turned into BLS. That's another chapter though. Props and kudos still go out to you for what you accomplished.

We are moving ahead with the matchbox projectors. After receiving a set and doing some output testing, we were pleased enough with them to move forward. While a larger projector would have been ideal, there just simply isn't enough room without a heavy amount of modification. If the output was junk, we simply wouldn't even make them.

We could certainly offer the housings with projectors and you can supply your HID kit of choice. To have the bi-xenon function work, you will need the proper connectors though. Not hard but just something not to forget.
Thanks and for the heads up, not a big deal for me
Haha thanks man. The market has been very responsive to our products and we do our best to maintain a high level of customer service.

Working that out now as we move towards the production ready units. Look for the dual unit pricing to be comparable to our low beam only setup for the 98-02 firebirds however it will be higher. The materials for the housing and required machine work are more time consuming and expensive.
