How should I paint my SS hood
I'm having my SS hood painted this weekend. It will be painted red, and I'd like to do a black accent on it somehow. I've seen two popular styles...painting the area just in front of the air intake black, and painting the "bulge" black. At first I was leaning towards the latter, but now I'm on the fence either way. I'm kind of wondering if example # 2's accent takes away some of the "dimension" of the hood's contour? Maybe you all can post up some pics of yours to convince me

I just had an SS hood painted for my car and I went with the Manta (#2). I debated between these two options as well and went with the Manta just because it has a more aggressive look, at least to me it does. Can't really go wrong with either one though. Here is a recent picture of my car. Sorry for the large picture.

Man, body work is hard work! Got the hood on!
Crappy phone camera pic at night, but it looks real good. I'm satisfied. If anyone knows a place to buy a nice replacement hood grill, let me know! The plastic one that came with the hood was dried out and cracked.
