I believe it's called the sound insulator panel. somebody can correct me if i'm wrong.

According to GM it is called "Sound Absorber"

See this illustration from GMpartsdirect (#8 in the pic)



GM part #104480, but they show it no longer available. Try part out cars if you are looking for one as tons of guys here in the parts section have cars they are parting out.
