Default Gauge Overlays???

I'm looking to change up the color of my dash cluster, and HVAC/Headlight controls. (I've got a 93..... ugly yellow).

The car is red, and I'd like to get maybe white & red overlays or something similar. Everywhere I look I can only find the indiglo overlays. Anyone know where I can find these?

I found this on ebay, but there are no pics of it actually lit up by the cars lights. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=250615004585

Looking for something kinda like that ^^^

I wouldn't get them...doesn't seem much better than the stock ones.

I hate our gauge clusters...ugly *** font, its cramped looking, and the thick *** needle is impossible to know the true mph you are at.

I'm going to make my own.

what about getting white overlays with red lights. you can find white overlays all over the place and its way to easy to swap out the lights on the panel to red. thats what i did but i did get the 6le overlays

That sounds like it might be the best way to go. I know I've seen the white overlays super cheap on ebay (like 10$). Is there anything special you need to swap the lights to LED's or just get the bulbs and swap them out?

Swapping the gauge cluster bulbs in 93-96 Camaros is a REAL bitch to do . There is no direct replacement .
You have to manually solder in every LED bulb to the bulb housings . And you cannot use LEDs in the Low
Coolant and Air Bag indicators because the resistance for the circuit drops and the indicators stay lit up as
if there is a problem . Etc , etc , etc lol if still interested PM me and I will give you a step by step on what to do

i still dont understand the obsession of the led lights. i used just normal style red bulbs and i think it looks evil at night and its not blinding haha.ill see if i can find a good pic of mine for you

I used the red LED's behind my stock cluster for a deeper red. The basic bulbs didnt give me the shade of red I was after. With the LED's they will match the Autometer ES series gauges perfectly.

Looks pretty sick spikester! So since those aren't LED did you have to solder in those bulbs or were they a simple swap?

I wanted the red lights to match the car, but I think I'm just going to go the cheap/easy route and get the white/indiglo gauges for 13$. They look pretty good.
