Sealed beam Conversion???

Sealed beam Conversion??? I was looking for a cost effective way to improve my lighting situation. I was wondering if anyone has tried a sealed beam conversion that allows you to use H4 bulbs. This sounds enticing for $35 (not including the bulbs). With some PIAA H4s, it sounds great, but is it too good to be true? Toucan Industsies makes one under their Eurolite line and I was curious if anyone has tried it out or if there are any other options for around the same price range ~$100 (Conversion + PIAA bulbs).
i have the sealed beam conversion,but mine came with h7 bulbs they never lasted long no matter what bulbs i used.then i bought the xenon real hid kit
lights look great, but when i drive in heavy rain somehow water gets inside
btw look in ebay for the sealed beams i bought mine for 50 bucks
