OI have a 98 formula and am lookinmg for a locking gas cap that i can not find anywhere, if anybody knows where i can find one i thank you.What about ouside style locking door to the gas cap on outside of car? any help would be cool <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

They sell locking gas caps at Pep Boys around here. I imagine every other auto store does too, it's probably like 5 bucks.

well i tried there and they say they dont make them for my year only 97 and older my car is a 98 formula so if is a diffrenet type . <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

I have a 98 SS and have looked all over for a locking gas cap. Can't find one anywhere. Autozone had one that their listing said fit 98 and up. It didn't fit. I think the 99 and up are different from the 98.

i just found out that a 98 filler neck is diffrent than a 99-2002 because of the fact that the manufacturer of the filler necks went on strike and they had to use a diffrent type of filler neck for that year only on 98 cars. then they went back to normal the next year , so if u have 98 car and have a figured a way to have one somhow by modifying or changing the filler neck i would love to hear some replies. in the mean time i will be paranoid about it because <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
