Default She's Finally Done and Back Home

Just posting the pics to my website now, but here are some of the finished work.
Complete Remove, Paint, Custom Logos and Reinstall of hood, trunk, doors, fin, fenders and grille.
Getting the pics from Speedway Paint and Body soon which have pics during the sanding and painting, will post those once I get them.

Came out great.

Nice Shine!!

took pics now so I can remember what she looked like before someone scratches it. Going to make sure and do whatever the shop says for washing/buffing/waxing to try and have as little swirls as possible.

For the complete job of removal, blah blah to reinstall it costs 10k. Plus the extra to do the custom Cherry Pearl Red SS's in the front, rear, and side and the Bowtie logo in the back. They were great and knocked off some to keep her an extra 2 weeks so they could document and photograph the car for their t.v. commercial and brochures on this type of custom work. Still was not cheap but WELL WORTH IT. I am very happy. Finally NO ORANGE PEEL.

$10,000 That is nuts... Even with a labor rate of $75 an hour that would be like 134 hours of labor... Long as you are happy...

Cool man thanks for the info, you definitely got your moneys worth. Though should I ever spend that much to have my car painted I would cry for ETERNITY if it got a scratch on it!

Good luck man, thats one hell of an investment!

Yah, costs a lot. But with perf mods, and sterio adding up to around 10k and the car already had a sticker of $38,900 figured what the hell. It needed the nose done bad and if I was going to get it done, get it done right and not bitch about it later. I am sure if you just wanted to get just a paint job it would probably be much less but I asked for a show quality custom job and thats what I got. Can't really complain I am up to what I would have paid for the Porsche Boxster I was going to get before the SS which was custom ordered and was 58k and the SS has lots more hp. Its only money, you only live once and I plan on enjoying myself

I think its a Harley truck. Not sure..

Kinda like this one, shows how smooth they got the tail. Oh yah, and the hood and trunk are aligned straight now too - added bonus

Little bump on my trunk is the sirius antenna, also has hookup for cell phone too if I wanted to.
