If you do it you should do gloss black or gunmetal. If not black you have to go with a metallic to compliment the metallic silver of the car.
JMO
In the end it us your car and you should do what you want. That's what I always did with mine.

Plasti-Dip is nothing more then a rubberized coating thats being applied. Alot of G8 owners use this stuff on there wheels & to remove the chrome trim. Ive seen some 5th Gen owners on Camaro5 also use this on there wheels. I tested this myself and it comes off, leaves no residue or anything. I only applied 1 coat so i had some trouble removing the stuff but with more coats. Im sure you could peel it off pretty easy.

a dark charcoal or anthrite will look sharp on a silver TA
