Anybody make 2" RED backlit auxillary guages?
Looking for a RED backlit 2" auxillary trans temp guage to mount on my a-pillar. Most of the electric guages I have seen are backlit blue or green or blue/green <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> I would really like a red backlit guage to match the factory red lit gauges of my 'Bird <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
I would settle for a simple white backlit guage - blue just doesn't go with my car <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />
Thanks in advance for any help <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Re: Anybody make 2" RED backlit auxillary guages?
I recently got some autometer ultra lite guages for my pickup and they came with green and red bulb covers for them. I use the green in my truck, but the I think the red would look good to.
I don't know if their other guages come with the bulb cover since they would reflect much, but it's an idea.

Yeah, Autometers come with green and red like Ackattack said. I use the red covers on mine in my t/a. Color matches pretty good if you dim the rest of the guages a little. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I went with an Autometer silver-faced Ultralite electronic trans temp gauge and single A-pillar pod via Speed inc <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
Thanks again for the heads up, guys! <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />

Buddy of mine (MIGHTYMOUSE) put some actual red bulbs in his pillar gauges, instead of just the red cover. It's a really dark, rich red that looks awesome, but he said it gets hard to read them at night.
