How do you remove these pins? (pics inside)

How do you remove these pins? (pics inside) I've tried prying them, squeezing them from the bottom, and just yanking them out but I'm afraid I'll break them or the plastic underneath. So whats the correct way to get these out?
P.S.

Re: How do you remove these pins? (pics inside) Get a thin screw driver under the center of the pin and raise it enough to grap it with pliers, pull the center up and the pin comes right out.

(pics inside) Take a screwdriver and pry up gently on the inside tab, it presses on the outside part from the inside, if that makes sense......I e-mailed Steve about this and it's one of those "Doh!" type fastners, you'll understand when you get the first one off...... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
