NEW 7" Round 6024 Bi-Xenon Headlight Retro - Exclusive First Pics

Adding to our current line of retrofit projector options for 93-02 Firebirds, Blackbird Lighting Solutions is proud to present the ultimate solution for cars using a 6024 standard 7" round headlamp. I know this isn't quite the group to advertise these lights to but we are very excited about this new setup.

The new, patent-pending design is a fully assembled housing with custom components throughout. The wiring harness is entirely plug and play with the option for a halo ring. The ring will be available in blue or white while the HIDs will be available in all standard popular color temperatures.

The projector is a true Bi-Xenon kit, requires no special tools for installation and NO PERMANENT MODIFICATION to the car. This headlight is used in 1st and 2nd gen Camaro's as well as 1st gen Mustangs, 70's Cudas, Nova's, Mazda Miatas, Jeep CJ's and Wranglers, etc.

Nothing available on the market will perform half as good as this setup and you get nothing better than a razor sharp cutoff and excellent quality components.

If you resto-mod guys have done it all but still have the stock lighting, you are missing out. These kits will be available on group buy soon.

Our first customer allowed us to use his beautiful 67 Camaro as the demo vehicle. He wanted the blue halos and to have them controlled off of a separate switch. They fit in perfectly with this car and give it a little 5th gen flavor.

That looks so sick man. Out of all the mods Ive done on my two 4th Gens I still think the BLS HIDs are my favorite.

not exactly sure how i feel about those...but as i look at them..i say to myself.."wow that is cool.....HEY that is cool..." hahaha nice work man, they do look great!

GoFast908Z 05-27-2011 07:26 PM

Makes me think a scientist with mind controlling glasses is looking at me. Hmmm, that probably makes no sense.

Most people say this but they honestly look great in person and better than the pictures. I'm sure there will be those on the fence about it and others who won't like it all together. As I mentioned, you will be able to order these without the halos entirely.

Guys who are into factory correct cars won't like this but for all the restomod guys out there, this fits into their theme. The beauty of the setup is that it installs like the factory lamp, adjusted the same way and the wiring is plug and play.

Any plans on a 5 3/4 non bixenon version? I have been looking for a projector type for my 72 challenger.

We are working on getting these on more cars but if you would like to be the first, we can offer a heavy pricing reduction in return for pictures used for advertisement. The 67's as you know have their headlights farther forward and your 69 will have them deeper in the front end. The 67 posed the most risky of the installations since the headlights come out the farthest and based on how well these look, I imagine the 69 will make it look even better.

It made a huge difference and the customer is extremely happy. Once you drive with a quality projector, there is really no going back.

No immediate plans for a 5 3/4" headlamp however we will certainly look into it. Our next kit will be finishing up the 93-97 Camaro headlamps.

Additionally, the headlight will also be available in a fully "chrome" version and not blacked out like you see here.

Thanks! We appreciate your support and glad you are happy with your kit.

What projector did you use? The FX/R? Looks good man!!

BLSolutions 05-28-2011 11:45 AM

Thanks. It's not the FX-R but a smaller bixenon that came out recently.

I would suspect that will look a little closer to stock as it would blend in more.

Glad to see you guys expanding your market :)

Swiat34 05-28-2011 12:17 PM

Fully Chrome will look 100x better. I think they look like crap in the day time but I'd say to hell with the looks when they work that good at night!

BLSolutions 05-28-2011 12:28 PM

The black fits in well with this car. Chrome would look good as well so this is why we will be offering both versions :).

zed28camaro 05-28-2011 06:53 PM

i think whats throwing the look off for me is that grille, itd look better in the black factory looking grille

The Guz 05-30-2011 02:32 AM

They look good. A modern look on a classic.

I know a guy with a '67 Camaro that wouldn't mind advertising your projector headlights :D
