Default Steering wheel contol has paint rubbing off,, whats the options??

buy new i assume, can they be redone or modded,, i dont need them really, so i dont want to spend money to make them look better but ill never use them. I have an aftermarket radio.

You can have any custom vinyl guy make a set in vinyl. That's what id do.

They are not that expensive to buy used on ebay. The switches from the 94-96 Grand Prix's, 95-99Bonnevilles, 99-05 Grand AM's, Montana's ect. all will work.

I know for a fact that '05 Grand Ams dont have steering wheel controls.

cant remember where but I saw a member had cut pieces of black plastic to replace the buttons and had mounted a cutout switch in one

was in the junk yard today,,, found a good set out of a montana,,,,

one note tho I seen a set in like a 98-00 grand am that seemed the same but with a closer look were infact different. Just keep an eye out for that if anyone is planing on replacing them.
