Default How to take care of Satin/Flat paint?

I recently had my hood scoop, sail panel, and rear panel sprayed in Dupont "Hot Rod" black which is a single stage satin black. I'm wondering what I can do to clean/protect it?

I dont think there is much you can really do. Just wash with soap and water to clean, and dont even look at it if you have oil on your hands to protect it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure all you need to do is wash it. Don't wax/polish it or it'll turn glossy. I just had my CETA done in a satin and that's what I was told.

I used ice liquid polish. didn't shine it up too much but still allowed the water to bead up and to protect from UV damage

Good to know. I plan on painting my entire car satin black in the fall and was wondering what other guys were using to protect their satin and flat paints
