If it don't go, chrome it........ These should match my chrome water pump... I'm hoping to have the car back up and running this weekend. I'll post pics of the finished product when time permits... nice, please feel free to ship those to me! :-) |
Links don't work for me! I will probably have to check them when I get home. These work filters suck. |
Oh hell ya, now thats what I'm talkin' bout'!...........*drool* |
Jealous!! |
Nice! |
Who did the chroming and where did you get the bolts that hold the coil packs to the brackets?? Thanks. Looks awesome!! |
behold the bling and see the light :) Very nice.. looks like a high quality job on the valve covers.. I dont see any nickle ghosting.. |
I guess those PM's we sent back and forth became a reality :D. Those look familiar! |
Damn that looks good!!! :hump: Lets see some picks with them on the car :D How much did it cost to have the fuel rails chromed? |
awesome, i really like the look of those parts. but i can't spend money like that, so i just polished all that stuff, but man your stuff looks sharp. i say paint those coil packs to match your intake(if you painted the intake) |
 WOW that looks sweet. But get those ugly coil packs off there, relocate them. |
That lookes sexay, but why don't you relocate the coils so you can show those off better? |
I got the Valve covers ($180) and T-Stat housing ($35) done at "Bright Metals of the Heights" in Houston. A big thanks goes out to Nineball for the hookup! They did an awesome job, I highly recommend them. The fuel rail I got done at www.hotrodlane.cc for $100.00 They do other custom stuff for the LS1/LS6. The chrome button head metric bolts I got from Gardner Wescott. They have a website, do a seach and when you find them, request a catalog, it's free. As for the coil packs, for right now, I'm just gonna mount them like normal. I thought about painting them the color of my car (SOM) but I'll try black for now. Thanks for all the comments, I hope to have the car done this weekend, I'll get pics up as soon as I can! Bill |
Nice addition there! Chrome is very nice. |
Those are SWEET. Makes me want to go out and get some stuff chromed. Too bad good chroming out here in SoCal is hard to find. :( Oh well, I'll powder coat. ;) |
 very nice :usa: |
Now that is sweet!! Very nice, I like the coil pack brackets chromed  |
Nice! |
Glad you are happy with Bright Metals of the Heights, they are very popular around here with the Harley customizers and street rod guys. Can't wait to see finished photos  |
