Richieg- I was wondering who modified your hood? I was looking to do the same thing on my car but wasnt sure where to do it or how much it would cost. Also, have you looked into getting any screens to fit back in the openings?

When I had it at the body shop getting the pontiac words removed from the headlight cover, I asked steve(the body shop guy) what he thought about it, and he said there was no way in hell he would touch the hood. So I opened the hood, grabbed the air saw, and cut out the fins, then instructed him to fix it. That's how the hood came to be like that. He was a freind so the cost was minimal, alot aheaper tan buying a new aftermarket hood.
The name of the stuff is "Nite Shade" I got it from 4wheelparts wholesalers, but they don't carry it anymore, I was told that most autoparts stores carry it though.

I got some from summit racing. BTW, I used it to paint my front and rear side marker lights. All you black T/A guys out there, it looks SOOO much better without the orange in front.
