Are the front parking/turn signal lights for the 98-02 ta's suppose to be kinda hazy?

Are the front parking/turn signal lights for the 98-02 ta's suppose to be kinda hazy? I didnt know if thats how they come from the factory or mine are just oxidized. I saw some clear ones on ebay, but if the factory ones are suppose to be clear i would rather try and go that route. Thanks
