Default Wings West Side Skirts

Hi, Do the wings west side skirts (rocker panels) fit over the factory one's or do you have to take the factory one's off first before fitting the wings west one's, if anyone can help as i am going to fit these soon, thanks for any help.

I believe the factory ones must be removed first. If you have a Trans Am, then there are a series of small bolts (hex head screws really) that must be removed from below the panel first. Then there are a number of clips which pull away from the body at the side of the car. Lastly, the forward section is affixed to the front fender with adhesive.

If the car is a Firebird or Formula, I suspect the Wings West kit just fits over the stock rocker panels.

This is cool and def unique. Nice clean look thats not too crazy but just enough to set it apart.

What about the eGay front/rear clips you can buy? They dont look good but would work well for an IC setup...I wonder if anyone is rockin them out.

Maybe it's just me but I don't get what the splitter is suppose to do. It's just ugly to me.

you can see all her dirty secrets here

actually i havent updated that in over a year and a lot has changed i have new wheels and a different exhuast again, and im getting ready to install a 6le diffuser but i have to trim it a bit due to my oversized exhuast tips (B&B)

there are all kinds of options for our cars but you have to use your imagination and some skill to pull it off, i got the idea for mine from a thread that was on here back when i was still in college 04-05 and me and a friend kept toying with the idea based off of a photchop from that thread and for a while i didnt think we could do it, but pulled it off

ever considered doing the led's along the opposite sides in the openings? as in having them line the outer+lower portion, as opposed to the inner+upper portion of the slot. I think that'd flow a lot better.

ohh, and the red trans am with the splitter is mine. I had it off for a long *** time but i just reinstalled it. but i chopped it a bit so that it sits further back (doesn't stick out as much) for a cleaner look. I'll post pics soon.

Crimson i thought about doing it differently innitially but after i saw that look for the first time i fell in love with it. reminds me of the audi R8 a little bit so i just stuck with it.

for the past year i have been trying to make some vent work that either dumps back into the front fender or up into the engine bay, but i havnt been able to come up with someting as clean looking as i would like

Default Body Kit Now Fitted

Hi Everyone, have now fitted the wings west body kit and while i was at it i also took off the bubbling sail panel and fitted the new one which has been sitting in the garage for the last nine years.

Also here are a couple of pics. of my wife's mustang with the cervini body kit which does look as good as the transam.

I was going to guess either Foose or Boyd on the wheels. They looked too deep dish and sharp to be Torque Thrust rims.
