Just wanted to say I like your ride and hope ya get to enjoy soon. I just had a question about your radiator setup. I seen the piece u are using at bottom rad support but didn't understand how it works and is it just metal on metal or are u gonna protect it from wear. The top sounded like ur just using tabs that it mounts to? Im needing to put my rad verticle to and I'm just collecting ideas for mine is all.

Motor/ trans are 100% together. There's one oil cooler line I need to finish, but that about it. Suspension is all on the car 100% it will just all have to be adjusted/ dialed in once the car is drivable. Car is currently at the body/ paint shop getting the engine bay body work finished, painted base/ clear, and having the whole care repainted. It's getting painted a dark metallic gray similar to carbon flash metallic and ashen gray, it's got the hue of the ashen gray, but the metal flake of the carbon flash. Should be boss once it's finished. Stay tuned guys. It's killing me just as much as it is y'all.

Handsome piece right there. Like the color you picked.....should be sharp when it's all done. I'd shoot the VCs the same color as the body, but that's just me

I think you're biased...

The bay will be all body color, so I think all the black anodized pieces will look sharp without clashing too much as it would if I kept the car gloss black. It'll be kinda an opposite scheme of what you're new vc setup is vs. your bay in gloss black. We'll see once I get it all together though. Might have to change a few things if I don't like it. Lol

Default Update

I don't really have a proper update, but here's some sneak peaks as of lately. The car is still at the paint shop but I expect it back soon and the build will come to a close soon after.

Here's the car leaving my house...

Excuse the salad shooters.
Got a steering wheel on this pig.

Finished my headlights.

And last but not least. Sorry for everyone expecting the c5dd wheels to go on this baby. These will suffice much better Imo.

Enjoy

Thanks! The Pullies are kind of a mix. The water pump is a edelbrock pump with a PRW pulley, the power steering is a wazee's pulley, the idler is from alper motorsports along with the brackets for power steering and alternator and the tensioner is a billet piece from eBay. The damper is a ati super damper.
