adhesive on front decal melted

my front camaro decal melted in the texas sun, and the adhesive from the decal has ran down 4 or 5 inches. Does anyone know the best way to get the adhesive off, without hurting the paint?

Thanks for the advice, yeah we had a stretch last summer with like 35 days straight over a 100 degrees ! amazing what that will do to a car.
