New stripes on my FRC, what'dya think?
I've been wanting to add some stripes to my Corvette for a while now. Finally got around to designing some replica CE Stripes that came on the factory 2004 Commemorative Edition Vettes. I went with the same color as the stripes I did on my old black Camaro because I liked them so much! You can order a set in any color for yourself here http://store.yoastfabrication.com/se...orvette/Detail
Here's a shot from the car show I entered over the Memorial Day weekend here in Brookings, OR. Was a great show, lots of classic cars.
This is the Hennessey Camaro parked next to me (I've got more pics if you want to see them?)
Some more shots of my FRC the same day at a local beach. This is the first time I've really detailed the car in over a year. I'm still working on a new set of wheels.

I like that at some angles the stripes disappear into the black paint, thanks!
It's cast aluminum so I got it show chrome plated before I installed it and it's super easy to keep clean/good looking, thanks!
I really don't like the wagon wheels, lol. I'm thinking about making some black vinyl inserts to make them look like thinner spokes until the right deal to come along...
They're not for everyone but I like them. I may change it up and go with brushed instead of polished down the road.

makes me miss my 05, the outside looks great and to be honest i kinda like the wheels
but the inside of that car looks dated compaired to the outside but GM is to blame for that
for as much as a vette costs brand new it sure is a crummy interior
but that is a gorgeous car and i really like the look of the rear end with the exhaust and different tail lights
