indeed. I would AT LEAST go to the junk yard and pick up an extra set for like 20 bucks and have them painted to match while you're still getting things painted. that way you can try both to see which you like better. black mirrors on non-black cars always seem to look like they are replacements pulled from a black car..

No, i changed the spoiler just because i prefer the formula rearend to the trans am. I always thought the TA spoiler was to tall and a little ricey. just my opinion.

If you black out the windows, I would leave the mirrors black. It flows through them better. A matte blue decal between the tail lights would pull it together nicely. If not, leave it black.

Yup, been busting *** on the car and hoping to start her up this saturday. Got almost everything done. Cranked it over for the first time tonight to get some oil pressure. Even with near 11-1 the starter turns it over nice and fast. I ran into one big problem. The hi-ram is so damn ginormous that the charge pipe cant be just a bend. Not enough room. So i have to do a 360* circle to make this intake work. Here are some recent pics. Once the car is running i will be putting the nose, fenders, and side skirts on. The hood im not sure yet.

Personally, I'd leave grabber blue to the little bitches in the Mustangs. But to each his own.

4"... the car can back up the look. plus WS6 hoods look pretty bad when they're cut out to make room.

I don't know what everyone problem with the blue is,I think it looks great. There's nit many colors that look bad in these cars. I've been wanting to paint mine cherry red, but a bright blue looks nice too.

Got the whole front end back on. Unfortunately the hood is going to needs some serious cutting to fit that intake. So for this season i believe it and the headlights will stay black. But anywho here is the updated pics that everyone has been begging for!!

BTW the car is dirty as hell right now, so the wheels and all the black look like ****. Even the blue has a white tint to it because of all the dust from sitting. Have some Dr. Beasleys matte clear treatment on the way. So i will let you all know how that stuff works out.

Looks awesome, was wondering what you are going to do to the hood?

have you thought of going the superhawk route? I cant tell if thats the hood you already have.

Maybe graft in a bulge like the eclipses have that clears the hump but make it more subtle than the eclipse?

Just going to cut the factory style fiberglass hood. So a little will be sticking threw. Had a guy post in another section recommending to turn the throttle body upside down to make it look cleaner. Gonna play with that this weekend, we will see how it turns out
