Default Sail panel stress cracks

I have a pewter Firehawk and I noticed some stress cracks on top of my sail panel . They are under the clear coat and look like scratches Do you think I can have the paint matched up or should I paint the sail panel black when I do the CETA panel.

I have those from where the quarter panel was replaced and they weren't too careful prying on the sail panel. I'm going to try plasti-dip just for the hell of it -at least until I one day decide to get it re-painted.
