Ground effects paint flaking off Having some problems with the RS ground effects on my 01 SS. The paint to starting to chip and flake off all around the car, basically the plastic is rejecting it, spider cracking and pushing it off. To be honest I would rather just take the damn things off and be done with it because I really don't like them in the first place. But after reading about it, it seems to be around a 1,300 dollar fix to do it right. Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to go to the body shop and do a partial repainting, filling in all the obvious holes left behind. Is there any temporary quick fix to my problem or do I have to watch the paint fall off until I get irritated enough to rip them off?
