Ohio requires front plates. Not having one one a car like these is just asking for trouble. My car doesn't have a front plate bracket as it came from PA, so I didn't have the front plate on for a little while. I didn't get pulled over for it but I did get the stink eye a couple times and I thought for sure the one cop was going to come after me.

I figured out a way to put it on without the bracket. At least looks a little better without that bulky bracket there. Would be nice if Ohio dropped the front plate requirement but I don't see that happening for a while.

.. Ohio's not the only state with that law. Most seem to have that as a law. that certainly doesn't stop people

This.

CA is really strict as well. But 6 years without one and I've only got a warning 1 time. Sack up

Other than that, I like it lol. The average Joe will be scratching their head trying to figure it out.

Texas does also. At least there a few areas in Houston where cops are strict as heck. You cant even mount it on your front windshield. Really depends where you live.

I couldn't agree more, I HATE the front plate, I heard they tried to throw that law out here but state patrol shot it down.

Virginia requires a front plate but I still don't run one. I only drive the car once in a blue moon so that helps as far as not having much trouble from it.

As far as the plate goes it's pretty cool. I thought about putting something on mine about N20 but I decided to let people figure things like that out the hard way.

yeah i totaly agree with most of ya, not trying to brag about it, like i said 99% of people have no idea what either mean. around here that is at least. so its pretty subtle. just a 1%'er kinda deal.
and for the front plate, yeah ohio tried shutting it down but osp wudnt let em. the bracket on mine is factory riveted on, will probly remove whole grill someday anyways.
